Situated on 40 pristine, wooded acres, Indian Orchards, Media PA, is a rare wedding venue in this location – within 25 minutes of Philadelphia. (See our Weddings page here and out Birthday / Bridal shower/parties page here.)

Please download and fill out the “Save the Date“ form first for larger/Special Events events and set up a walk-through to discuss the event with our staff. – For School group Tours and Children’s Birthday parties (ages 12 and under) see forms below.

If you have rented The Inn at Indian Orchards AriBnB – this is the “Additional AirBnB Services Form” to enable us to accommodate your needs. FYI, use of the event space is a separate rental fee; please see our other forms and discuss with our Events Coordinator.

Group Tours are available for School Groups, Day Care Centers, Scouts & Senior Centers. Please fill out our required “School Group Activity Form“

Children’s DIY Birthday Party – Ages 12 & Younger. Indian Orchards outdoor events spaces are perfect for your child’s birthday party. we offer 2 packages, and lots of options, to suit your needs. From hayrides to a Ping Pong table and more. Please fill out our required.

The Save the Date form must be filled out to start the process for all Special Event and the – Additional services form. Weddings are charged price-per-head. Indian Orchards is now taking reservations for weddings for the 2022- 2023 event seasons.

Events are charged separately from the rental of the Inn at Indian Orchards (click here to see our AirB&B page). Rental of the AirB&B/Inn does not include events (event space is separate). Rental form above must be filled out to set up a walk though.

Indian Orchards – Fruits & Vegetables, Media PA

Farm stand open 10-6 daily, our own honey and firewood available year round. Please abide by CDC social distancing/mask guidelines. It is ALWAYS free to stop and shop at our on-site Farm stand – no admission to shop our store.

Pick Your Own Fruit season OPENS in June thru Late Nov/Early Dec! Weekday admission fee $3.50 during main Pick Your Own summer/fall season.* Fee supports our 100 plus year old orchard. Stop by our on-site farm stand for sustainably-grown and pesticide-free Fruit and Vegetables that we’ve picked for you or brought from other local sources. * (Sept/Oct. only – WEATHER PERMITTING -Weekend/holiday Pick Your Own Fruit admission is $11; includes hayride. Bad weather weekends regular $3.50 PYO fee applies.) Open year round, no PYO fees – late Nov. thru early June… stop by our farm stand we always have our honey and other items, or buy firewood.

Main Season June-October/Mid Nov

Stop by for seasonal sustainably-harvested, pesticide free fruits and vegetables, & our own honey year round. It is always free to shop at our on-site farm stand! Apple picking starts in September. Indian Orchards Farm 2022 Pick your Own Fruit and Vegetables* main season opened mid-June – Oct.; our farm stand remains open year round & we sell firewood & our own honey! Main season ends Late-Oct/early Nov when Pick Your Own Apple season is done. We accept cash, major credit cards, Venmo, Paypal and Zelle.

Nov-June – free admissio , year-round, there is never a charge to shop at our farm stand, or stop and buy firewood.

*During PYO season (summer/fall) Weekday admission fee $3.50/person. During prime apple season mid-Sept. thru Oct. only, WEATHER PERMITTING, weekends/holiday admission is $11/person & incudes a Hayride (groups over 12 or more please call or text call 1st to be sure we can accommodate you; school group tours must sign up in advance). Sustainably-harvested firewood & Honey for sale year-round!
